Privacy policy
Updated:
This page explains, in plain language, what personal data intactworks.com collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website only. Our products (Intact Apps, NDT Inspect, Klik za Termin) have their own policies.
Who is responsible
Intact Works LLP (ТОО «Intact Works»), BIN Awaiting confirmation, Awaiting confirmation, Republic of Kazakhstan. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
What we collect, and why
When you write to us. The contact form sends us your name, email address, company (if you give it), the kind of help you need and your message. We use them only to reply and, if we end up working together, to prepare and carry out that work. We don't add you to a mailing list and don't pass your details to anyone for marketing.
When you visit. Like any web server, ours records technical data with each request: IP address, browser, the page asked for and the time. We use it to keep the site running and secure, and delete it after 30 days.
If you allow analytics. Only if you choose "Allow analytics" do we load Yandex Metrika, which counts visits and shows us how the site is used. It sets cookies and sends data to Yandex LLC (Russia), which processes it under its own terms. If you choose "Don't allow", or ignore the question, nothing is loaded. You can change your choice at any time with "Analytics settings" at the bottom of every page.
What stays in your browser. Your choice of theme, language and analytics is stored in your own browser (local storage), not sent to us.
On what basis
- Replying to your message and preparing a project: your request, and steps before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); for Kazakhstan, your consent given by sending the form.
- Server logs: our legitimate interest in a working, secure site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Analytics: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
We process personal data in line with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection" and, for visitors from the European Union and Serbia, the GDPR and Serbia's Law on Personal Data Protection.
How long we keep it
Messages from the contact form: for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and no longer than two years after our last exchange. Server logs: 30 days. Analytics data is kept by Yandex according to its own settings.
Who else sees it
Only the providers we need to run the site: the company that hosts our server, the company that handles our email and, if you allow analytics, Yandex. We don't sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected]; we answer within the time the law sets, and usually much sooner. If you think we've handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live — in Kazakhstan, the authorised body for personal data protection; in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection; in the EU, your national supervisory authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be on this page with a new date at the top.
